I'm a computer engineer and designer with over ten years of experience building applications on the web. I'm also a filmmaker and photographer. I'm continually interested in finding the intersection between technology and humanity and creating bridges between the digital world and the real world. This design is among my first attempts at Responsive Web Design, and as such credit is due to Ethan Marcotte for coining the term and writing his essential book on the topic. A special mention on the topic goes to Joni Korpi for his Golden Grid System, through which I was able to more clearly codify my understanding of how to apply responsive design in practice. I used the HTML5 Boilerplate as my jump off point thanks to Paul Irish and the rest of the team. Typefaces used are Proxima Nova and Chaparral Pro, served by TypeKit.
